Traditional Turkish paper marbling, known as ebru, is at once an art form, a meditative practice and a way of preserving cultural heritage.

During the demonstration by ebru artist Orsolya Takács, visitors can discover this unique technique in which patterns created on the surface of water are transferred onto paper using natural pigments and traditional tools.

This art form, inscribed on UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, has been one of the most remarkable creative traditions of Turkish culture for centuries.
